Each project’s scope, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
- Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution.
Make payments as per agreed terms.
Adhere to feedback and revision timelines.
- Payments & Refunds
Pricing: Quoted individually per project.
Payment Terms: Typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
Late Payments: A 5% fee may apply for invoices overdue by 7+ days.
Refunds: No refunds once work has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances (at my discretion).
- Project Timelines
Estimated timelines will be provided in the Service Agreement.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing materials) may extend deadlines.
- Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You retain ownership of provided content (logos, brand assets, etc.).
Deliverables: Full rights transfer upon final payment unless otherwise stated.
My Portfolio Rights: I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
- Confidentiality
I respect client privacy and will not disclose sensitive business information.
For strict confidentiality, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed.
- Revisions & Feedback
Revisions are allowed within the agreed scope.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Cancellation Policy
By Client: If a project is canceled after commencement, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
By Me: Rare, but I reserve the right to terminate services with notice if terms are violated.
- Limitation of Liability
I strive for high-quality results, but I do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings).
I am not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates).
- Governing Law
